Cyber Commandos delivers implementation, documentation, policy creation, control deployment, and audit preparation. We do not issue compliance certificates or audit reports. All certifications and audit reports are issued by independent, accredited third-party certification bodies and CPA firms. You engage and pay those bodies separately and directly. We manage the entire preparation process on your behalf.
The free Compliance Gap Analysis available on this website is an automated self-assessment instrument. Its output is based on your inputs and is indicative only, not definitive. It does not constitute a formal compliance audit, legal advice, or a guarantee of any specific compliance outcome.
Service availability is governed by the terms of your signed service agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where there is any conflict. Where a service is discontinued mid-engagement, all completed documentation, policies, and evidence remain the client's permanent property. However, all documents may be withheld subject to full payment of any outstanding fees

All subscriptions are governed primarily by your signed service agreement, which takes precedence over these general terms where there is any conflict.
Starter and Leader plans carry a 6-month minimum commitment unless otherwise stated in a signed written contract. Elite plans carry a 12-month minimum unless otherwise stated in a signed written contract. Cancellation after the minimum period requires written notice as specified in your agreement.
All prices are exclusive of GST. Monthly subscription rates are locked for 3 years from your contract signing date unless otherwise stated in a signed written contract, covering your base tier and all add-ons active at the time of signing. Add-ons activated after signing are locked at the then-current rate for the remainder of the 3-year period.
There are no onboarding fees, setup charges, or implementation surcharges on any plan. The monthly rate at signing is the monthly rate you pay.
Cyber Commandos subscription fees cover implementation and audit readiness work only. Fees charged by independent certification bodies are separate costs paid directly by the client to those bodies.
Subscriptions are invoiced monthly. Non-payment may result in service suspension with or without written notice.
Clients may cancel after the minimum commitment period by providing written notice as specified in their agreement. Upon cancellation, all completed documentation, policies, and evidence remain the client's property.
Audit Failure Guarantee: If you fail a SOC 2 or ISO audit due to gaps in our implementation, we fix those gaps at no additional charge.
This guarantee applies exclusively to failures caused by deficiencies in Cyber Commandos' own implementation work. It does not apply to:
Cyber Commandos does not guarantee that any third-party certifying body will issue a certificate. Certification decisions rest solely with the independent certifying body. This guarantee covers the quality and completeness of our implementation work.
ISO 27001 certificates, SOC 2 audit reports, PCI DSS attestations, and all other compliance credentials are issued exclusively by independent, accredited third-party bodies. Cyber Commandos manages the preparation process on your behalf. You pay those bodies directly.
All content on this website - including the Cyber Commandos name, logo, compass mark, wordmark, copy, service architecture, graphics, and design - is the intellectual property of Cyber Commandos / Venu & Vinay and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Documentation, policies, procedures, and implementation artifacts created during your engagement are yours upon full payment of all outstanding fees.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share regarding our services may be used by Cyber Commandos without obligation, compensation, or attribution.
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Cyber Commandos in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyber Commandos, Venu & Vinay, their partners, associates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your use of this website, or any inaccurate information you provide to us.
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, or regulatory changes that materially alter the scope of a service.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services, including questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in Bangalore, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
Arbitration shall be conducted before a single arbitrator agreed upon by both parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Each party bears its own arbitration costs unless the arbitrator orders otherwise.
Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the conclusion of arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date (see the top of the page) and take effect immediately upon posting.
Where a change materially affects the rights of existing clients, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice by email or a prominent notice on this website.
